HOW TO APPLY
To become a Black Sheep Fanatic simply visit the Fanatics Club Website here or alternatively download and print this application form. This form is only for Gold Ram and Silver Ewe applications. It’s in PDF format, so you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view it. Just fill in the application form and post it, along with the correct remuneration, to the address given.
Membership of the Fanatics Club is subject to Membership Rules, a copy of which will be sent to members on application. All members must be at least 18 years of age.
